Job Responsibilities:
Bill has been with the company for nearly 8 years. He currently oversees both the maintenance and operations departments.
- Manages job site assessments and inspections
- Tracks daily operations, including move-ins and move-outs, incoming work orders, and maintenance tasks
- Monitors job sites for work quality and completion
- Compiles bids and estimates for client presentations
- Handles emergency calls and coordinates team safety meetings
