With more than 40 years of experience, Selzer Realty Property Management is your trusted partner in property management for inland Mendocino County. Our close-knit team collaborates seamlessly to serve you. Because we are so familiar with the area, we really understand the communities we serve.
Our goal is to match renters with homes that meet their needs and for property owners to relax and enjoy the benefits of investing in real estate. For owners, we can either work with you simply to find renters for your property, or we provide full-service property management.

Since 1976 when we opened our first office, we have grown to become the largest property management company in the area. Our longevity is a testament to our commitment to our professionalism, our dedication to staying up-to-date on new information and regulations, and our deep ties to the communities we serve.

The Ukiah Valley
Located just two hours north of San Francisco, Ukiah is a lovely valley dotted with vineyards, orchards, and redwood trees. The valley includes the city of Ukiah, as well as the towns of Redwood Valley, Calpella, Potter Valley, and Talmage. The Ukiah Valley offers a small-town charm and easy access to the city, the coast, and the mountains.
Willits/Brooktrails
Known as the heart of Mendocino County and the gateway to the redwoods, Willits and the Brooktrails community just north are an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. The area has excellent trails and nature hikes, redwood forests, fishing along its nearby lakes and rivers, and seasonal hunting.
