How to apply

Here’s what you can expect from the application process.

Make a note of the properties you’re interested in. Be aware that availability dates are approximate and prices reflect discounts for timely payments.

Confirm your interest by checking out the neighborhood or area. (Please do not approach current residents.)

  • Valid social security number (SSN) or taxpayer identification number (TIN) and photo identification
  • Established credit history
  • Rental references (if applicable)
  • Verifiable income/employment (combined gross monthly household income must amount to triple the monthly rent)
  • Each adult occupant (18 or over) must submit a separate rental application
  • No smoking or vaping policy
  • No marijuana policy
  • Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis

Occupied units require at least 24 hours’ notice before showing to qualified applicants.

What we expect from you

We kindly ask that you take good care of your rental property. In return, we’ll provide you with prompt, courteous service and a safe place to live. We expect that you don’t disrupt the peace and quiet of your neighbors, that you pay rent in a timely manner, and submit proper authorization forms when necessary.

How to be a successful tenant

As a tenant, you’re expected to take care of your new home and follow some basic guidelines. In return, we’ll provide you with prompt, courteous service and a safe place to live.

Follow the lease agreement

It is important that you comply with all the terms in your lease agreement, including the no smoking/no vaping policies.

Be conscious of your neighbors

Please do not to disrupt the peace and quiet of your neighbors.

Submit forms when needed

Be sure to submit proper authorization forms whenever necessary, including to request a pet, add an additional tenant, or install a satellite dish.

Report maintenance needs

Whenever something needs maintenance, the more quickly you let us know, the more quickly we can fix it. Please call or submit a maintenance request in a timely manner.
