Initial Paperwork

We’ll manage the initial contract signing, deposit and rent collection. We’ll make sure all of the details are taken care of in the contract so that your investment is secure.

No strings attached

Our contract allows you to enlist our services on an as-needed basis. No ongoing contract or obligations, and no up-front cost – the service is deducted from the proceeds.

The amount your property will rent for varies on different factors such as:

We always have your best interest in mind. We work with you to determine criteria and budget limits for maintenance. We can take care of the basics, so you don’t have to be bothered about minor fixes. For any major concerns, we will consult you.

We do not offer eviction services unless you are an existing client with a full-management contract. In that case, we address the situation by outsourcing to an eviction attorney.
